  Rich Canadian coffee was excellent for clean up your mind on way to Nelson. Great break and the staff working there were kind and polite. Light meals including warm soup are also excellent.

  Good breakfast food and espresso coffee, don't get the regular coffee though, it's basically hot water. Staff are aloof, like they don't know how to respond to new faces. I'll probably try some other places before I will try this joint again.

  The service here was weird. No hello or how's it going, just stared at me when I approached the counter - unsettling. There are 2 reviews here by the owners of the place: the Soviskovs have given themselves 5 stars. Donna Soviskov even commented about how great the service is. Do they not realize that people can google their names and see articles about them as owners of the place? But I see that she is rating other businesses in her own town not so well without giving any reason why and probably doesn't realize everyone can see who she is when she does these reviews. These reviews are not anonymous, lady. Next time I drive through the town I'll go somewhere else - I'll choose one of her bad reviews.

  Friendly community coffee shop. Java from regular to espresso. Cold drinks as well. My fave place to have breakfast. Outdoor patio in the summer.
